An energy bar suitable for everyone
Finding the cereal bar suitable for everyone can be a bit tricky, which is why we put a lot of thought into our bars for everyone to enjoy, regardless of their diet – the bars are gluten-free, vegan and without added sugar.
We went for vegan ingredients with no added sugars, coloring agents or any artificial flavors and used gluten-free oat flakes.

Gluten-free oats
In order to obtain gluten-free oats, they must be produced and processed separately from other types of cereal grain. This is the only way to ensure that the oats are not contaminated with gluten. Malinca’s oat flakes were produced in a strictly controlled environment and are certified organic.
As a binding agent and sweetener we decided upon an all-natural organic date paste. Date paste is a great natural alternative to regular sugar and contains all the nutrients of whole dates.
The bars also contain an extra special ingredient – sunflower seed paste. It may sound strange, but ground sunflower seeds are a great alternative to nut spreads and can match their great taste and nutritional value.

In addition to the sunflower seed paste and delicious almond slices that enrich the taste of the bars, we've also added Malinca's favorite fruit – raspberries.
The delicious freeze-dried raspberries have gone through a special process of both freezing and drying, helping them retain their nutritional value, color and flavor, which blend nicely with other ingredients and give the bar a fresh, fruity taste that never disappoints.
Raspberries are known to be a high-fibre fruit and are renowned for their fresh taste, adored by all fruit lovers.

According to European legislation, foods with at least 6 grams of fibre per 100 g of product are considered to be high in dietary fibre. Malinca’s energy bar can be easily placed in this category, as it contains 11g of fibre due to its amazing ingredients.
