The kombucha in the drink is indeed made with a symbiotic culture of which the yeast is a part, but the yeast is ultimately removed, which is one of the ways to interrupt the further fermentation process. The yeast, which could cause bloating problems, is therefore no longer present in the drink.
When can I drink a natural energy drink?
Yerba mate energy can be consumed at any time of the day when you need extra energy. However, due to its caffeine content and natural stimulants, it is not recommended to drink it in the evening as, like coffee and other caffeinated drinks, it can affect sleep.
