An energy bar suitable for everyone
Finding the cereal bar suitable for everyone can be a bit tricky, which is why we put a lot of thought into our bars for everyone to enjoy, regardless of their diet – the bars are gluten-free, vegan and without added sugar.
We went for vegan ingredients with no added sugars, coloring agents or any artificial flavors and used gluten-free oat flakes.

Gluten-free oats
In order to obtain gluten-free oats, they must be produced and processed separately from other types of cereal grain. This is the only way to ensure that the oats are not contaminated with gluten. Malinca’s oat flakes were produced in a strictly controlled environment and are certified organic.
As a binding agent and sweetener we decided upon an all-natural organic date paste. Date paste is a great natural alternative to regular sugar and contains all the nutrients of whole dates.
The bars also contain an extra special ingredient – sunflower seed paste. It may sound strange, but ground sunflower seeds are a great alternative to nut spreads and can match their great taste and nutritional value.
Another extraordinary component are tiger nuts, which can be used as a snack on tis own and are known to be used by Native Americans to make an energizing and invigorating drink.

In addition to the sunflower seed paste and delicious tiger nuts that enrich the taste of the bars, we've added the timeless combination of chocolate and cocoa.
The bar contains organic, de-oiled cocoa powder and delicious chocolate chips, which makes it delicate and full of flavor, as if it were made solely out of soft cocoa mass.

According to European legislation, foods with at least 6 grams of fibre per 100 g of product are considered to be high in dietary fibre. This chocolate bar can be easily placed in this category, as it contains 8.2g of fibre due to its amazing ingredients.
