Lactose-free
Because lactose is highest in fresh milk, less in fermented products, and least in cheese, it is difficult to identify lactose intolerance without specific blood and breath tests after lactose consummation. However, if the diagnosis is confirmed by a doctor, the whole world need not collapse. Today, there are already numerous products and foods that do not contain lactose, which is already broken down in milk into glucose and galactose. Ultimately, the enzyme lactase can be ingested in tablet form should you break the rules, so today co-existing with a lactose allergy is much simpler and easier than it was a few years ago.

Coconut oil is oil of the highest quality that is used as an alternative to regular vegetable oils. It is a cold pressed extra virgin oil that is suitable for baking, frying and cooking.
Coconut oil is pressedfrom fresh coconuts growing in coconut palm groves in Sri Lanka. When processed, the coconut oil is not heated above 42 degrees Celsius. It is a very stable oil that becomes liquid at 26° C and is solid and white at lower temperatures. It has a very long shelf life, even if not stored in a refrigerator.
Many coconut oils on the market are odorless and tasteless, indicating that the oil has been thermally and chemically processed. Coconut oil is oil of the highest quality, as it is an extra virgin cold pressed non-hydrogenated unrefined oil that is certified organic. Such production process leaves a light coconut aroma and taste, a testament to the quality of the oil.
- made from 100% fresh coconut meat
- unrefined
- free of preservatives, artificial flavors, coloring agents, stabilizers and other additives
- suitable for vegans
IMPORTANT! Coconut oil = coconut fat
Coconut oil is excellent for baking and cooking, because it is stable even at high temperatures (it has a high smoke point), meaning that no harmful substances (trans fatty acids) occur when the oil is heated.
Coconut oil can be used to prepared all kinds of dishes without a change in their taste, as coconut oil is sweet and has only a light and fresh coconut aroma. Nevertheless, we recommend you pay extra attention when frying. As with other oils, when coconut oil begins to smoke, fatty acids in the oil begin to disintegrate, forming harmful free radicals.
Saturated fat in coconut oil is supposedly unhealthy. Is it really?
Coconut oil is considered to be a food with an extremely high proportion of fatty acids, which are essential for body functions, better absorption of vitamins and, consequently, well-being.
Fatty acids are classified into two groups: unsaturated, which are considered good fats, and saturated, which the majority of people avoid. It's true. Approximately 90% of the fatty acids in coconut oil are saturated. However ... The largest proportion of all fat in coconut oil, about 60%, is lauric fatty acid. Lauric fatty acid is metabolized completely differently from other saturated fatty acids and is much more easily used as an energy source by our bodies. Most importantly, the body does not store it as excess fat.
Oil pulling for health
In ancient Indian Ayurvedic medicine, oil pulling is used to cleanse the oral cavity and remove toxins and other waste that has formed in the body. The oil you pull draws harmful bacteria, microbes and other organisms from your mouth, teeth, gums and even throat. In the morning on an empty stomach, put 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in your mouth and swish for 10-20 minutes, spit out and rinse your mouth with lukewarm water. Then brush your teeth with toothpaste.
Coconut oil can replace dozens of bottles of different lotions, moisturizers and conditioners.
Coconut oil is completely natural, has a lovely scent and is extremely effective and increasingly popular in cosmetics. The oil works wonders on the skin, hair and even nails. It is also used for the making various masks and for massage.
Your best solution for dry hair
Coconut oil is mainly composed of saturated fatty acids, so it can penetrate much deeper and faster into the hair than any other conditioner. The oil will efficiently restore dry ends and moisturize the scalp, leaving hair soft and shiny.
Sounds too good to be true? Try for yourself! Apply a teaspoon of coconut oil to dry hair and massage into the scalp for a few minutes, then comb the hair and cover with plastic wrap. Leave on for as long as possible - preferably overnight. The longer you leave coconut oil in your hair, the better the effect. Shampoo and rinse your hair well. Repeat the process at least twice, otherwise the hair will remain greasy. Dry your hair and apply a very small amount of coconut oil to the ends.
Using organic extra virgin coconut oil
In cooking: Use in desserts, smoothies, spreads and sauces, for baking and cooking. The recommended daily amount is 30g or 2 teaspoons.
In cosmetics:
- For makeup removal: Better than any drugstore makeup remover, coconut oil will remove any stubborn waterproof mascara. Moisten your face with water, apply a small amount of oil to a cotton pad and cleanse your face and eyelashes.
- Cleaning makeup brushes: Apply a little coconut oil to the brush and swirl it in the palm of your hand using a circular motion. Rinse the brush with warm water and dry it well before use.
- Body exfoliator: Mix a teaspoon of semolina, salt or sugar, a teaspoon of honey and a teaspoon of coconut oil.
- Apply a thin layer of coconut oil to cuts and burns to help speed up the healing process. It can be used as a lip balm replacement.
- Make a homemade toothpaste: Mix equal amounts of coconut oil and baking soda. You can also add a few drops of mint oil.
- Use it as a deodorant: Coconut oil is excellent in fighting bacteria that cause an unpleasant smell when you sweat.
- For pets: For skin (itching) and fur (dandruff and lack of shine): Massage the oil into the fur or apply directly onto the itchy spots. It also prevents the fur from smelling unpleasantly.
- For fresh breath and healthy gums: Mix a teaspoon of coconut oil into the meal.
