Lactose-free
Because lactose is highest in fresh milk, less in fermented products, and least in cheese, it is difficult to identify lactose intolerance without specific blood and breath tests after lactose consummation. However, if the diagnosis is confirmed by a doctor, the whole world need not collapse. Today, there are already numerous products and foods that do not contain lactose, which is already broken down in milk into glucose and galactose. Ultimately, the enzyme lactase can be ingested in tablet form should you break the rules, so today co-existing with a lactose allergy is much simpler and easier than it was a few years ago.

Where does matcha come from and what is it?
Lately, matcha tea has become extremely popular in the Western world, but you are certainly wondering why that is and where it came from. Matcha is a Japanese green tea that has been enjoyed by the Japanese for centuries. It is produced differently than classic green tea. The production of matcha powder is time consuming and complex. It is harvested from the same plant as regular green tea, but its special treatment begins even before the tea leaves are picked. Tea shrubs are covered with tarpaulin to protect them from direct sunlight. This slows down their growth and means that the leaves also retain a lot of chlorophyll. Once the leaves are picked, they are steamed and dried. Matcha is then used for tea, special beverages such as matcha latte, or added to a variety of dishes and desserts.
Did you know what happens when you make a cup of regular green tea, where you just pour hot water over the tea leaves, allow it to steep and then discard all the leaves?
With the leaves, you are also throwing away many minerals and antioxidants! This does not happen when drinking matcha, as whole green tea leaves are consumed. Well, you're actually consuming whole leaves, which have been carefully ground into a green powder beforehand. Due to the special production process, these precious bright green leaves that have been ground into a powder, retain a much higher portion of substances that are very beneficial to the body. The high content of preserved chlorophyll gives the distinctive green color that makes the beverage so attractive. It has a distinctive nutty taste with a slight bitter-sweet finish. It is darker in color and has a stronger aroma.
Matcha simultaneously calms down and provides an energy boost
Matcha used to be enjoyed by monks when meditating, as it made it easier to maintain the proper level of relaxation and focus. Matcha tea has become a prized drink at Japanese ceremonies, where it is prepared a special cup with a bamboo whisk used to dissolve the powder in water and froth the milk. Matcha tea was also enjoyed by the samurai, who drank it before fights to get the necessary energy.
What is matcha latte?
You are probably familiar with the term latte? Latte drinks are usually coffee-based, prepared from espresso coffee and hot foamed milk.
It's a fairly milky coffee beverage. Of course, matcha latte contains no coffee; instead, matcha is used to produce a much healthier and tastier drink that is bound to sweep you off your feet, as it is high in amino acids and green tea antioxidants.
We also replaced regular milk with coconut milk powder, making matcha latte vegan.
The slightly nutty flavor is combined with sweetness for a truly stunning taste. It is almost like falling in love with every precious cup of matcha latte.
Using the organic Matcha latte mix
Put 1 teaspoon of Matcha latte mix powder into a cup and pour over 150 ml hot water or cow or plant milk (80 °C).
Alternatively, use half milk and half water. Mix well and enjoy the wonderful green beverage. If you wish, add additional sweetener.
Pregnant and nursing women can also enjoy the occasional cup; due to the caffeine content, matcha latte should be consumed within healthy limits. One bundle suffices for approximately 20 cups of matcha latte.
The mixture is green in color with some small white lumps - the lumps are coconut milk powder that dissolves in contact with a liquid.
