The truth about omega 3 fatty acids…
Omega 3 essential fatty acids are those important that are found in nature in fish, algae, and some seeds and nuts.
It can often be heard that there are several types of omega 3 fatty acids. Two well-known are eicosapentaenoic (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHK). They are most commonly encountered while browsing for information on omega 3 fats.
It is these two forms of fatty acids that are found in foods of marine origin.
Remember the times when kids were given spoonfuls of fish oil?
If you are from the younger generation, you probably do not have this experience, but the older generation remembers very well how they were spoonfed fish oil.
Even today, most food supplements on the market are made on the basis of fish oil …
The source of raw materials for omega 3 fatty acids EPK and DHK are most often different fish. These are the already mentioned salmon and mackerel as well as tuna, sardines… Sometimes we also find krill oil or algae on the market.
We decided to develop omega 3 capsules from algae.
The content of omega 3 fatty acids in algae is similar to that in fish, so algae represent an excellent pure and plant source of these important fatty acids.
Microalgae are one of the oldest living organisms on Earth. It is real super food, which is also a great source of omega 3 fatty acids.
Since different algae do not contain the same values of omega 3, we have worked with the experts and looked for a type that ensures the adequate consumption of both types of fatty acids. Namely EPA and DHK.
It is a species of algae Schizochytrium, which is a rich source of both types of omega 3.
These algae are produced in a controlled environment and do not contain heavy metals or other unwanted substances, making them a safe source of essential fatty acids.
Schizochytrium sp. are marine microalgae. They are therefore microscopic unicellular algae that grow in nature along tropical coasts. They feed on simple organic substances formed during the decomposition of plants. These micro algae do not need light.
Algae Schizochytrium – are they really a great source of omega-3?
Schizochytrium algae produce large amounts of two important fatty acids EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). Fish also get their omega 3 fats by eating foods rich in omega 3 fatty acids and we humans also have the opportunity to get them from this direct source. Algae oil is also 100% and exclusively from a plant source and therefore also suitable in a vegan diet.
Algae Schizochytrium and environmental protection
To obtain EPA and DHA fatty acids, microalgae are specially grown in a strictly controlled environment, which allows for high quality.
Because algae are cultivated, there is no need to interfere with the marine ecosystem and thus cause damage to marine life. Schizochytrium algae are grown in an environmentally friendly and sustainable way and free of harmful substances.
Malinca Omega 3 capsules are:
Malinca Omega 3 capsules are therefore a vegan alternative that provides our body with a daily amount of EPA and DHK fatty acids.
The plant source of omega 3 will delight all those who for various reasons do not eat fish or want to contribute to the protection of the environment.
Another important advantage is that the capsules do not cause fish burps. Also, heartburn is not caused by Malinca’s capsules.
Clean water, minerals and carbon dioxide – that's all we need to grow algae. This means that they can be grown and harvested without the risk of environmental pollution. Algae are therefore considered a valuable renewable source of omega 3.

Why are these Omega 3 capsules different from others?
The uniqueness lies in the fact that they are made from algae oil. The algae are grown in a controlled environment, so they do not contain heavy metals or other unwanted substances.
Why are the capsules hard?
Hard capsules provide greater oil stability and thus preserve quality.
How should I take them?
The daily dose is two capsules per day with some water before any meal. Since it is oil-based, it is optimal to take the capsules with cold liquid and food. This reduces the chances of burping. If burping does occur, the added natural lemon peel oil ensures a fresh taste.
Do Omega 3 capsules cause burping?
Like any Omega 3 capsules, algae-based Omega 3 capsules can cause burping in some individuals. To avoid this, take the capsules before a cold meal and with cold water, as burping mainly occurs when the oil mixes with warm liquids or food. Capsules can also be taken before bedtime.

Omega 3 capsules are intended for everyone who wants to supplement their diet with a pure source of Omega 3 fatty acids and for those with increased needs for Omega 3 fatty acids.
Can I take them in combination with other dietary supplements?
Omega 3 capsules can also be taken in combination with other dietary supplements such as Immunobiotics, magnesium, Collagen UP, vitamins, etc. If you are taking specific medications for a certain condition, consult your doctor before taking supplements. Special attention should also be paid by those taking blood-thinning medications, as Omega 3 fatty acids may slightly thin the blood.

How long can I take Omega 3?
We recommend regular use. The daily dose should not be exceeded.
How much iodine do the capsules contain?
The oil is derived from cultivated algae. It is a special fermentation of the microalga Schizochytrium sp. Iodine testing was previously conducted on representative batches of oils obtained from Schizochytrium sp. In all cases, iodine was found to be below the detection limit of 0.1 ppm.
Where were the algae grown?
The algae do not come directly from the sea but are specifically cultivated in a controlled environment. A standalone fermentation process is used for cultivation. The oil is then extracted from these algae.
From what age can it be used?
Omega 3 capsules can be taken by adolescents from the age of 14.
