Lactose-free
Because lactose is highest in fresh milk, less in fermented products, and least in cheese, it is difficult to identify lactose intolerance without specific blood and breath tests after lactose consummation. However, if the diagnosis is confirmed by a doctor, the whole world need not collapse. Today, there are already numerous products and foods that do not contain lactose, which is already broken down in milk into glucose and galactose. Ultimately, the enzyme lactase can be ingested in tablet form should you break the rules, so today co-existing with a lactose allergy is much simpler and easier than it was a few years ago.

Similar to vitamins, but not a vitamin ...
One of the common questions we ask when we come across coenzyme Q10 is – What is this famous Q10 that is consumed by the elderly, athletes, those who just want to add a little something extra to their daily routine, as well as students ...?
It is a compound similar to vitamins, but not considered one of them. It could be said that it is a very special fat-soluble vitamin that is naturally present in cells and was discovered in 1957 by Fred Crane. He discovered that it is a compound produced by the body itself; however, some of it also comes from food. Because Q10 is synthesized by the body itself and despite the fact that less and less of it is produced over the years, it is not considered a vitamin.
Where can it be found and how can we make sure we have enough of it?
In the body, the highest quantities of the coenzyme Q10 are found in the heart, liver and kidneys. It is a part of every cell and is involved in many processes.
Q10 is a vitamin-like compound and is found in foods such as oily fish, offal, meat, soy, certain nuts and vegetables such as broccoli. Q10 content in foods ranges from 0.2 to 6 milligrams per 100 g of food. You can therefore boost your intake by consuming these foods.
What about supplements?
It is certainly advisable to get as many vitamins and minerals as possible from food, but if you do choose to take supplements, they should be of good quality. On average, various coenzyme Q10 supplements contain around 100 mg of Q10 coenzyme, which should be sufficient for an adult's needs, but how much you really need depends on your diet, level of physical activity, etc.
More and more people are choosing to take Q10 supplements.
Beauty enthusiasts were the first to get to know Q10, as it is often added to moisturizers that promise plump skin and a youthful appearance. Then it was introduced to those who realized that Q10 could also be ingested, not just applied.
Its many benefits win over almost anyone who does a little web browsing and research.
Thus, the Malinca team also decided to offer a dietary supplement that is vegan, of high quality and local origin, and with an added extract for maximum absorption. This Q10 supplement is suitable for practically anyone who wants to introduce the coenzyme Q10 into their daily routine.
Malinca Coenzyme Q10 is:
- Vegan
- Without added sugar
- A Slovenian product
- With added black pepper extract – BioPerine®
What is the patented BioPerine® extract?

Pepper contains the active ingredient piperine, and the patented BioPerine® is a 95% extract that has been used for more than 20 years to increase the bioavailability of various nutrients.
It is therefore a natural solution made from black pepper that adds value to Malinca Coenzyme Q10 and will be welcomed by everyone who wants to get the most out of taking a dietary supplement.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is Coenzyme Q10?
Coenzyme Q10 is a fat-soluble compound similar to vitamins, but produced by the body itself. The number 10 means that it has 10 isoprene units (special organic compounds), while animals usually have fewer. Q10 is also called ubiquinone, and the highest quantities are found mostly in the heart, liver and kidneys. It is fat-soluble and is primarily located on the inner mitochondrial cell membrane, where it is needed to produce ATP (an energy molecule).
What is Q10 made of?
Vegan coenzyme Q10 is produced by a special fermentation process with the help of bacteria. With this process, it is synthesized similarly as it would be in the body.
How quickly will you notice the results?
Depending on what you take it for, it can take between 4 and 12 weeks to notice the effects.
Why take Q10 for the skin?
Q10 is mentioned as an antioxidant and is added to creams that promise plump and youthful skin. In addition to being applied to the skin, Q10 can also be taken as a dietary supplement.
How is the coenzyme Q10 related to the heart?
The heart is one of the organs with the highest quantities of coenzyme Q10. Like collagen, quantities of Q10 also decline over time.
Is it safe to take Q10 in combination with other dietary supplements?
There is no information on contraindications with other dietary supplements and medication, as this is a safe supplement that is already naturally present in the body. If you are allergic to black pepper or any of the capsule ingredients, caution is advised.
Who should take Q10?
Q10 is a supplement suitable for anyone over 20 years of age, when Q10 synthesis in the body starts to decline. It will be especially welcomed by those who study or are physically active, by the elderly and those who want to take care of their heart and live a headache-free life.
Can Q10 be taken by pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers?
Q10 is recommended for those wishing to get pregnant. It is also safe to consume it during pregnancy and when breastfeeding.
From which age is it recommended to take Q10?
It is recommended to consume Q10 from the age of 20, when the body's synthesis of the coenzyme starts to decline.
When is the best time to consume Q10?
As it can increase energy levels, it is best taken in the morning with a little water and food to improve absorption.
Can I take too much coenzyme Q10?
It is a fairly safe supplement, well tolerated by many even at very high doses of up to 1000 mg. However, sensitive people may get diarrhea or headaches with such high doses, so we advise not to exceed the recommended dose. We recommend taking 1 capsule containing 98 mg of coenzyme Q10 per day.
Can I take Q10 continuously or do I need to take a break?
Q10 is completely safe at the recommended doses, even when taken continuously.
Is Malinca Q10 in the form of ubiquinone or ubiquinol?
Malinca Q10 is in the form of ubiquinone, but with the addition of the patented BioPerine® extract, which ensures excellent bioavailability.
What is the difference between Q10 and Collagen UP?
Collagen UP promotes the production of collagen in the body and the retention of moisture in the skin, while Q10 works in a completely different way - it is an antioxidant and affects the whole body in addition to the skin, especially the organs where it is already present in the highest quantities.
What is the difference between the Beauty Bundle and Q10?
The Beauty Bundle contains Collagen UP and Beauty Mix, which mainly target skin, hair and nails. Q10 targets whole-body vitality, while the benefits for the skin are an added bonus.
Why is it orange?
Q10 is essentially orange. That is its natural colour, and the same goes for Malinca Q10, as the colour is not affected by the pepper extract.
Can I just swallow the capsule contents if I have trouble swallowing the capsule?
If you are having trouble swallowing the capsule, you can open it, but if possible, we recommend that you swallow the capsule whole.
