Note: In cold months or cooler spaces, you may notice white spots or lumps in or on the surface of the spread. This is solidified cocoa butter, which can be observed in or on the surface of the spread. Cocoa butter solidifies in the cold due to its composition, which is rich in healthy saturated fatty acids, mainly stearic and palmitic acid. These fatty acids have a high melting point, meaning they solidify at lower temperatures. This is a natural process that occurs when spreads are natural and without artificial emulsifiers, further proving the quality of the ingredients.
If you want the solidified cocoa butter to disappear, simply place the spread in a warm place (on a radiator, in a warm room, or warm water) and stir it. Once at room temperature, it will no longer solidify, and the enjoyment will be pleasant again. If you want to do this quickly, it is best to place the jar in hot water (approx. 60 degrees) for a few minutes, stir well, and store at room temperature.

Once we hand over your order for shipping, you will receive an email from GLS. In this email, you can redirect the delivery to a GLS Parcel Locker (where the package will wait for you for 4 working days) or choose another delivery option if you prefer. The email also includes a tracking link.
