Protein coffee smoothie
INGREDIENTS:
* 1/2 frozen banana
* 1 medjool date
* 1 cup of rice milk
* 1/2 cup water
* 1 tablespoon peanut butter
* 1 shot of espresso
* 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
* 1 teaspoon cocoa powder (optional)
* 1 teaspoon maca powder
* a pinch of cinnamon
* a pinch of Himalayan salt
METHOD: Blend all the ingredients until smooth and drink immediately.
