No yeast spelt bread with seeds

Spelt bread is an excellent and healthy substitute for white bread. This recipe is especially easy and quick as the bread does not need to rise. We have added various seeds to it, but you can also play around with adding onion, garlic or carrot.

INGREDIENTS:
* 200 g wholemeal spelt flour
* 200g of soft spelt flour
* half a tartar baking powder (or 2 teaspoons of baking soda)
* 1 organic yoghurt (can also be coconut yoghurt)
* 1 teaspoon of salt
* 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
* 1-2 dl of mineral water
* optional additions: grated carrot, fried onion, a handful of seeds

OPIS POSTOPKA: In a large bowl (for bread), mix all the ingredients with a wooden spoon. The dough will be wetter, but not to worry, it's the way it's supposed to be. Prepare a baking tray (I use the one for potica, which is long but narrow) and line it with baking paper. Transfer the bread dough onto a baking tray. Sprinkle seeds on top (a mixture of seeds, chia, quinoa, etc.). Bake the bread at 200 ° C for about 50 min to 1h. Halfway through the baking time, you can reduce the oven temperature to 180 ° C. Once the bread is baked, take it out of the oven and leave it in the tray to cool completely. Only then can you slice it. You can play around and add anything from onion, garlic, to carrots and sprinkle seeds on top.
