KETO LCHF rolls
Perfect KETO / LCHF rolls with a crispy crust. The secret lies in the glucomannan fibres that make the inside incredibly soft and fluffy. The best low carb bread ever!
INGREDIENTS:
* 180 g almond flour (non-defatted)
* 150 ml of hot water
* 3 egg whites
* 3 teaspoons cognac glucomannan
* 2 teaspoons baking powder
* 1 teaspoon of vinegar
* seed mixture (flax, sesame, sunflower)
* pinch of salt
METHOD:
1. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
2. Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
3. Boil water.
4. Add vinegar and egg whites to the dry ingredients and stir.
5. Slowly add hot water, while stirring with a wooden spoon for about 30 seconds (do not mix the dough too much).
6. Moisten your hands and shape into 6 small rolls. If desired, sprinkle with a mixture of seeds.
7. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
8. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes, depending on the size of the loaves.
