Healthy muffins from just 3 ingredients

INGREDIENTS:

* 150 g dark chocolate
* 5 eggs
* 1 to 2 tablespoons erythritol (zero-calorie sweetener)


METHOD: First, melt the chocolate over steam. Separate the egg whites and yolks. Mix 5 egg yolks with 10 -15 g of erythritol. Make snow out of egg whites. Add the melted chocolate to the yolks and finally stir in the snow. Fill the dough to the top in muffin tins and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
