Chocolate muffins
INGREDIENTS for 12 muffins:
* 200 g of white wheat flour
* 120 g of plain dark chocolate
* 20 g 100 % cocoa
* 70 g of coconut sugar
* 1 bag of tartar
* 60 g butter
* 1.5 dl of milk
* 1 egg
Optional decoration:
* 250 ml of sweet cream
* 250 g mascarpone cheese
* chocolate chips or mini smarties candies
METHOD:
1. Melt the butter and cool until lukewarm. Add milk and egg and mix with a wooden spoon.
2. Break or grate the dark chocolate.
3. Sift the flour into a bowl, add the tartar, coconut sugar and cocoa. Stir well. Add the butter, milk and egg mixture, mix quickly and add the chocolate.
4. Place the paper models in the muffin tin and fill them with one heaping spoonful of the muffin batter.
5. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees in a preheated oven.
6. Decoration: Once the muffins have cooled, they can be decorated as you wish. Whip the sweet cream and add the mascarpone. Sweeten the mixture to your taste and fill in a decorating bag with a spoon.
