Cheese buns without flour
Mmmm ... this recipe is divine and so easy to prepare. The buns come in such super fluffy texture. The recipe contains very few carbohydrates and is also suitable for the LCHF diet and for anyone who is not allowed to eat gluten.
INGREDIENTS:
* 4 teaspoons cognac glucomannan powder
* 1 tablespoon baking powder
* 80 g grated Parmesan cheese
* 3 eggs
* 1 tablespoon olive oil
* 3 tablespoons water
* pinch of salt
METHOD: Beat the eggs with a mixer until foamy. Then add water, olive oil, salt and baking powder and stir well. Turn on the mixer and slowly add 4 teaspoons of cognac glucomannan while mixing. Finally, add grated Parmesan cheese. Pour the batter into a greased muffin tin (6 to 8 pieces). Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
