Buckwheat quick bread

Buckwheat bread, which is really quick to prepare and is great for all buckwheat lovers. Since it contains only buckwheat flour, this 100 % buckwheat bread has a distinct taste of buckwheat. However, it is light and fluffy and I would never say it's ready in 5 minutes. :) It is yeast-free, vegan, lactose and gluten-free.

INGREDIENTS:
* 500 g of buckwheat flour
* 1 tablespoon psyllium
* 1 tablespoon chia seeds
* 1 teaspoon of salt
* 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
* 1 teaspoon of tartar or baking powder
* 7 dl of carbonated water

METHOD: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees - hot air. Put the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Add carbonated water and mix well with a wooden spoon. The dough is soft and slightly sticky. Place the baking paper in a small baking dish and pour the dough into it. Using the wooden spoon, shape the bread into a loaf and place in the oven for 1 hour at 180 degrees.


COOKS IN 5 minut + baking 60 minut
