Bolognese sauce

INGREDIENTS (for 2-3 people):
* 1 medium onion
* 2 cloves garlic
* 400 g ground lean beef
* 50 ml of white dry wine
* 3 tablespoons olive oil
* 400 ml of tomato passata, diced tomatoes or fresh tomatoes
* teaspoon of Himalayan salt
* a pinch of rosemary
* a pinch of pepper
* a pinch of ground red pepper
* a pinch of oregano
* a pinch of basil

Pasta - about 100 g per person. I used wholemeal spelt noodles for my boyfriend and zero-carb spaghetti for me.

METHOD: In a large skillet, fry the finely chopped onion in olive oil. When the onion turns golden, add the chopped garlic and minced meat. Cook the meat until it turns brown, then pour wine over it. When the wine evaporates (after approx. 3 min), pour in the passata or add tomatoes. Add spices and as much salt as needed.

Cook for another 20 minutes or so. If you want the tomato to develop a sweeter aroma and if you have time, I recommend cooking it for 60 minutes on low heat. If necessary, add water.

Serve with your favourite pasta and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

While the sauce is cooking, cook the pasta according to the instructions.
