Already used by Mayans and Aztecs, it only recently became popular in other parts of the world. Chia seeds are a rich source of dietary fiber and protein and are high in omega-3 fatty acids with alpha-linolenic acid. They have a neutral taste, making them suitable for being added to all types of dishes. Chia seeds are full of many exceptional ingredients providing support for the body. They are particularly recommended for athletes, vegans and elderly.
