Panna cotta with fruit topping

INGREDIENTS (for 3 people):
* 3 dl liquid whipping cream
* 0.5 dl of milk
* 30 g of erythritol (I used erythritol powder, a calorie-free sweetener)
* 1 teaspoon (approx. 3 g) cognac/glucomannan powder (natural fibre thickener to help lose weight)
* a pinch of vanilla

Topping:
* 300 g of fresh strawberries and raspberries
* 30 g of erythritol (I used erythritol powder)
* 1/2 lime

METHOD: Pour 2 dl of cream, erythritol, half a deciliter of milk and 1 teaspoon of glucomannan into a blender and blend for 2 minutes. Whip 1 dcl of cream separately and stir it in lightly with the other ingredients. Distribute the panna cotta in the desired number of glasses depending on what portion size you want. Place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes so that panna cotta thickens. Mix fruit, lime and erythritol with a hand blender. Distribute the topping evenly over the panna cotta. Place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
