Grilled sea bream

SESTAVINE:
* fresh sea bream
* olive oil
* lemon
* 2 cloves garlic
* tablespoon parsley
* sol
* sprig of fresh rosemary

METHOD Wash the fresh sea bream with water and then dry it with a paper towel (inside and out). Once dry, grease it with olive oil.

Prepare the coating for the fish. Squeeze the lemon juice, finely chop the garlic, slice the parsley, add a teaspoon of salt and mix everything together.

Grease the grill grid with oil. Place the fish on the hot grill racks (grill temperature should be around 200 ° C). It is best to grill the fish on charcoal, as this leaves a characteristic smokey taste.

When you put the sea bream on the grates, first slide it along the racks so that it does not stick. Grill the fish on one side until the bottom of the fish is done (meat turns white), then flip the fish over. Grill the other part of the fish for less time (but until the meat is white). Grill time depends on the size of the fish, somewhere approx. 15 minutes.

Finally, before removing the grilled fish from the grill, coat it with the previously made sauce (on both sides).
