Walnut cakes without flour
* 300 g of walnuts
* 3 eggs
* 1 baking powder
* 3 tablespoons agave syrup
* 8 tablespoons erythritol – zero-calorie sugar/ coconut sugar
* 1dl of milk
* vanilla
* 1 handful of dark chocolate
* raspberry jam
* frozen blueberries
1. Separate the yolks from the egg whites.
2. Add sugar and agave syrup to the yolks. Then add vanilla, baking powder, milk and walnuts. Mix everything well.
3. Cut the chocolate into small cubes and add it to the mass.
4. Beat the egg whites and slowly stir them into the dough.
5. Pour the mass into a baking dish and bake for about 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
6. Cut the cake into cubes.
7. Before serving, spread it with raspberry jam, pour over the chocolate and fort he wow effect, add the frozen blueberries.
