INGREDIENTS for 2 people:
* 1 orange
* 2 lemons
* 20 g of fresh ginger
* ½ teaspoon of turmeric powder (can also be 20 g of fresh turmeric)
* ½ teaspoon of coconut oil
* a pinch of pepper
METHOD: Squeeze lemons and the orange and pour the squeezed juice into a blender/smoothie maker, add 20 g of freshly peeled ginger, turmeric and coconut oil. Mix thoroughly. Pour the fresh drink into 2 glasses and sprinkle a pinch of pepper on top. Drink immediately.
