Morning Oatmeal Cup
INGREDIENTS for 1 cup:
* 4 tablespoons oatmeal
* 3 tablespoons skyr yoghurt
* 1 teaspoon chia seeds
* 2 teaspoons coconut sugar
* 2 teaspoons grated coconut
* 1 tablespoon pomegranate
* 1/2 ring of pineapple
METHOD: Mix skyr yoghurt with coconut sugar and chia seeds in a bowl. In another bowl, soak the oatmeal in little water- just enough to cover the oats. Then cut the pineapple into small pieces and peel some pomegranate. Then layer yoghurt, flakes and fruit with a spoon. Finally, sprinkle with grated coconut.
