Fresh strawberry pudding
So simple yet delicious strawberry dessert that is prepared without cooking in just 3 minutes.
Chia seeds and cognac glucomannan (which gives the pudding the proper texture) make this pudding very filling and will keep you satiated for a long time.
Can be enjoyed as breakfast or mid-day snack, as well as a healthy dessert.
INGREDIENTS (for 2-3 people):
* 200 g of Greek yogurt
* 400 g strawberries (fresh or frozen)
* 1 banana
* 20 g chia seeds (2 tablespoons)
* 3 g cognac glucomannan (1 teaspoon)
* 1 tablespoon sweetener erythritol - natural zero-calorie sweetener (optional)
METHOD: Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend for 1 minute. Pour into jars and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes so the pudding thickens.
