Chili con Carne
INGREDIENTS:
* 1/2 red pepper
* 1/2 green pepper
* 1 kg of freshly minced meat
* 2 cans of peeled tomatoes
* 1/4 garlic
* 1 large onion, chopped
* tomato puree (250g - 400g)
* 1 can of red beans
* can of corn
* 2 tablespoons finely chopped chilli
* 1/2 tablespoon salt
METHOD: Quickly fry the onion in olive oil until glazed. Add minced meat and fry (3-5 min). Add garlic, tomato puree and peeled tomatoes, beans, corn, sliced green and red peppers and 2 small glasses of water. Bring to a gentle boil and simmer for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally. Season to taste. Serve with sour cream or cheese.
