Lactose-free
Because lactose is highest in fresh milk, less in fermented products, and least in cheese, it is difficult to identify lactose intolerance without specific blood and breath tests after lactose consummation. However, if the diagnosis is confirmed by a doctor, the whole world need not collapse. Today, there are already numerous products and foods that do not contain lactose, which is already broken down in milk into glucose and galactose. Ultimately, the enzyme lactase can be ingested in tablet form should you break the rules, so today co-existing with a lactose allergy is much simpler and easier than it was a few years ago.

Ginger grows in tropical and subtropical zones and has been used as a spice for at least 3000 years. The famous Chinese philosopher Confucius thought so highly of ginger that he had it in every dish. To this day, ginger is known in China as the plant that heals a hundred ills.
Its positive effects were already well known by seafarers, who used it on their long voyages to get vitamins and minerals and to prevent seasickness.
Ginger gives the dishes a sharp, spicy and aromatic taste. It should be added at the end of the cooking time, as it becomes increasingly more spicy with cooking. It is used for making desserts and drinks, and is indispensable in Middle Eastern, Asian and Indian cuisine.
In the colder months, it is recommended to take ginger mixed with honey and lemon.
Using organic ginger
Ginger can be used for both desserts and main courses. It should be added at the end of the cooking time. It should also be noted that the longer the ginger is cooked, the spicier the dish. Ginger can be added to stewed fruit, liqueurs, jams etc. It can also be enjoyed mixed with honey and lemon.
